The Founder

Whether my next opportunity be a full time employed position or a joint business venture, I bring to the table skills that have been learnt from an entrepreneurial perspective having operated a string of successful food brands in London since 2016.

 

Alongside training in some of the capitals best restaurants my experience also extends to being corporately astute within restaurant chains and high street brands. From being an integral part of training initiatives (Gaucho), kitchen design (Brother Marcus) and executive operations (Barrio Bars), I always strive to portray myself as hard working, forward thinking and hands on, no matter the task in hand.
